How should we celebrate our 50th?
The Award in NZ celebrates 50 years of working with young people in 2013.
We are looking for ideas and expressions of interest from people wanting to help us celebrate this milestone in the ongoing history of The Duke of Edinburgh’s Hillary Award.
Some suggestions already received:
- Presenting 50 Gold Awards from one Operating Authority
- clearing 50 kilometres of bush
- 50 kilometres of beach cleaning
- Walk 50 (miles or kilometres) in 24 hours
- Raise $50,000 for an investment fund
