The Duke of Edinburgh's Hillary Award welcomes Karen Ross as the new National Director. Karen is attracted to the National Director role by the issues she sees facing the Award: addressing the increasing diversity in New Zealand, looking at the way the organisation communicates, and developing the impact of the Award in an ever changing environment.
