The next regional hub meetings will be held in Wellington on Wednesday 8th November at the Pelorous Trust Sports House (93 Hutt Park Road, Seaview) and in Auckland on 9th November at St. Dominic's College Staffroom (Pinedale Place, Henerson). The Perry Outdoor Education Trust (POET) is running a professional learning and development opportunity (at the start of the next school holidays) for Award Leaders who need to build competencies in Education Outside the Classroom and Outdoor Education. Called 'Base Camp', the two-day programme will be held at Waharau Outdoor Education Centre, and will focus on practical sessions to develop skills and apply safety management knowledge.
